Description

On February 14, Ford announced a limited run of 50 Heritage Edition Focus RS models, exclusive to the UK market.

Under the bonnet, the 2.3 litre EcoBoost engine has been upgraded with the FPM375 Mountune kit, producing 280 kw (375 hp) of power and 510 Nm of torque thanks to a high-flow induction kit, uprated turbo re-circulating valve and calibration. Standard on the limited edition model is the mechanical Quaife limited-slip differential (LSD) on the front axle, providing better traction and improving acceleration and stability in conjunction with the All Wheel Drive, Dynamic Torque Vectoring and Torque Vectoring Control systems.

The last edition of the current Focus RS was offered in “Tief Orange” body colour, commemorating the Escort RS which launched 50 years ago in the UK market. It also featured black forged alloy wheels with grey brake calipers, black mirror caps and rear spoiler. As the farewell model of this generation, the Heritage Edition comes equipped with partial leather Recaro seats, privacy glass, a sunroof, rear parking sensors, power-fold door mirrors, cruise control with speed limiter and heated steering wheel.
