Mitsubishi Colt Ralliart
Description
Mitsubishi Colt (Z30) is a B-Segment car launched in 2002 in Japan and in 2004 in Europe, sharing the platform with Smart Forfour.
The performance-oriented 3-door Mitsubishi Colt CZT was fitted with a turbocharged 1.5-liter engine with MIVEC variable valve timing technology, producing 150 hp and 210 Nm of torque. Visually, the CZT was distinguished by the body-colored plastics on the front and rear bumpers, the side sill extensions, the unique rear spoiler, and the five-spoke 16″ wheels.
In 2006, Mitsubishi launched the Colt Ralliart featuring a slightly tuned version of the 1.5-liter engine, combined with either a manual or a CVT transmission. The car came with stiffer suspension and sporty exhaust while it was also available with a 5-door bodystyle. A redesigned two-tone bodykit with more aggressive bumpers, bonnet scoop, side sills, fender extensions, and rear spoiler distinguished the Ralliart version from the regular CZT, together with new 16″ wheels. Inside, it had Recaro seats, aluminum pedals, and a new speedometer.
In 2008 the Colt range received a facelift with a redesigned front-end incorporating the latest Mitsubishi design language and many other updates.
