Description

The Opel/Vauxhall/Holden Astra G was a C-Segment car launched in 1998, available in three or five door hatchback, four door sedan and two door coupe versions.

Opel Astra G OPC / Vauxhall Astra GSi Turbo  / Holden Astra GSi Turbo was the fastest version of the hatchback, fitted with a 2.0-litre engine producing 118 kW (160 hp) and later with a turbocharged 2.0-litre engine producing 147 kW (200 hp). The car could accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 7,5 seconds while top speed was 229 km/h.

Visually, the Astra G OPC was distinguished by deeper bumpers with larger air intakes and circular foglights, redesigned headlight graphics with dark shade, sporty mirrors, side skirts, rear wing, tinted tailights, rear bumper extension and chromed exhaust pipe.
