Volvo 480 ES Turbo
Description
The Volvo 480 is a C-Segment car that was produced in Born, Netherlands, by Volvo from 1986 to 1995. It was the first front-wheel drive car made by the automaker. The 480 was available in only one body style on an automobile platform related to the Volvo 440/460 five door hatchback and four door sedan models.
In 1988, the Volvo 480 ES Turbo was introduced, with the Renault sourced 1.7 liter engine featuring a Garrett AiResearch turbocharger that increased the power to 120 hp (88 kW) and the torque to 175 Nm. The suspension was tuned by Lotus. The car accelerated from 0-100 km/h in 9 seconds and could reach a top speed of 200 km/h (124 mph)
