Sebastien Loeb and Kevin Hansen at the l’Alpe d’Huez

Red Bull Motorsports released a video of 9-time WRC champion, Sebastien Loeb, racing against his teammate in rallycross, young Kevin Hansen at the famous 21 bends of l’Alpe d’Huez with their Peugeot 208 WRX cars.

The l’Alpe d’Huez climb is a 13.8km long Tour de France cycling stage, at an altitude of over 1,000 meters.

Both of the drivers sat behind the wheel of the Peugeot 208 WRX, a four-wheel drive racecar, fitted with a turbocharged 2.0 litre engine producing 560 hp (412kw) of power and 850 Nm of torque. With a weight of 1,300 kg, the cars can accelerate from 0-100km/h in less than 2 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 210km/h.
