Toyota Starlet GT Turbo VS Renault Clio 16S

In this rivalry, we compare two B-Segment hot hatches from the 90s with similar specifications but very different characters – the Toyota Starlet GT Turbo (P80) and the Renault Clio I 16S. The Japanese pocket rocket had a turbocharged 1.3 liter engine in contrast with the French contestant with a naturally aspirated 1.8 liter unit, however their power and torque figures were almost identical. Both cars were designed for performance, offering driving pleasure in an affordable and practical package, while they featured sporty bodykits and larger rims to distinguish themselves from their humble origins.

So lets start with a design battle before we move on to their specifications.
